Nasi with stir-fry vegetables and prawns
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice (bag 1 kg), wok (shrimp garlic parsley (a 500 g, freezer)), stir-fried prawns, Chinese stir-fry mix (400 g), boemboe for nasi goreng (100 g), sambal oelek, soy sauce and cucumber (in strips).

Boil the rice in plenty of boiling water for 10 minutes and drain. Cool quickly in a wide area.

Stir fry in a stirring shrimp according to the instructions on the package. Remove them from the wok. Fry the stir fry mix and the Bumbu spice in the shortening according to the instructions on the package. Spoon the rice and stir fry until golden brown and warm. Add the shrimps and warm the fried rice for another 1 min.

Stir in the sambal with the ketjapmarinadeen scoop the cucumber through. Serve the cucumber with the nasi herb goreng with shrimps.
