Roast beef-chicory salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: roquefort ((blue veal cheese), crumbled), mayonnaise, chicory, arugula (lettuce, a 75 g), radish, roast beef (in slices) and walnuts (coarsely chopped).

Puree the half of the cheese with 2 tbsp water and the mayonnaise into a dressing with the hand blender.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the underside of the stalk chicory and cut the chicory in half.

Remove the hard core and detach the leaves.

Spoon the arugula and the chicory with the dressing and spread over 4 plates.

Pick the radishes from the twigs and roll up the roast beef into 'florets'.
