Pepper risotto with grilled pieces
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: grilled red pepper (320 ml), zucchini, onion, butter, risotto rice (pack a 500 g), dry white wine, vegetable broth (from tablet), grilled pieces (175 g and Tivall).

Drain the peppers.

Cut into strips.

Cut the garlic (from the pot) into slices.

Clean zucchini and cut into cubes.

Peel and chop onions.

Melt the butter in deep pan 1/2 of butter.

Add rice and bake for 1 min.

Add pepper, zucchini, garlic, onion and fry for 2 minutes.

Add wine and let it fade out.

Add the broth little by little while stirring.

Boil for about 20 minutes while stirring.

In a frying pan on medium high heat, make 1/3 of butter brown.

Grilled pieces in 2-3 min.

Around brown and cooking trays.

Stir in butter and pepper by stirring risotto, on four plates, and put grilled pieces next to it..
