Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the flesh into thin strips.

Peel the ginger and cut finely. Cut the Chinese cabbages and hampen into strips.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the ham strips in 3 min. Brown.

Add the red pepper and ginger. Press the garlic above and cook for 1 min. Add the ketjapmarinadetoe and cook for 6 minutes on low heat.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok and add the Chinese coals. Press the garlic above and stir-fry 4 min.

Season the coals with salt and pepper. Divide the babi ketjapmarinadeen the rice over the bowls. Serve with the cabbage.
