Slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and paprika for 30 seconds. Add the tomato puree and cook for 1 min.

Add the mince and cook over a high heat for 3 minutes. Add the stock and Mexican stir-fry mix. Cook for 4 minutes over medium heat.

Meanwhile, let the black beans and maize drain and rinse the beans. Add with the corn to the broth and heat for another 2 minutes.
