                            Cheese fondue with cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: mature cheese ((Leidse cumin cheese), coarse grated), dry white wine, garlic, cornstarch, young gin (slijter), fresh chives (finely chopped) and brown baguette (diced).

                                Heat the wine in fondue pan over medium heat to just below boiling point.
 - 
                                Stir in portions with wine in wooden spoon.
 - 
                                Continue stirring until all the cheese has melted.
 - 
                                Squeeze out garlic.
 - 
                                Stir in maizena with 2 tbsp water until smooth.
 - 
                                Stir the maize juice through cheese mixture and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the fondue is smooth and bound.
 - 
                                Mix in gin and chive.
 - 
                                Season with pepper.
 - 
                                Put cheese fondue pan on the table on the table and add baguette..
