Mix the beets with the onion, garlic, eggs and oatmeal.

Add 2/3 of the goat's cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Form 4 burgers with moist hands and put them in the freezer for about 15 minutes.

Heat the oil and fry the burgers in medium height in about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the slices of bread with the arugula, beet burgers, other goat cheese and tomato.

Sprinkle with pepper.
