Vegetarian schnitzel with fried rice
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: brown rice (bag 1 kg), nasi-bamigroente (500 g), wok oil (bottle 500 ml), onions (coarsely chopped), ginger (ground (pot 23 g)), sweet soy sauce and vegetarian schnitzel (a 2 pieces).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Halve the red pepper from the nasi-bami vegetables, remove the seeds and cut the pepper into strips.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stirring fruit the onions and the red pepper 1 min. Spoon the ground ginger. Add the vegetables, except the bean sprouts, and bake for 4-5 minutes. Fry the rice and bean sprouts for 1 minute and season with sweet soy sauce, pepper and salt.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan. Fry the cutlets in 4 min. On both sides until golden brown and crispy. Put them on 4 plates and serve with the rice.
