Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the wok vegetable 5 min. Add the raisins and stir fry for 1 min.

Season with pepper and salt. Remove from the heat and allow to cool until use.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Rinse cold under running water. Drain.

Mix the vegetable mix, bruschetta topping and olives through the pasta. Season with pepper and salt.

Cut the leaves of basil into strips and garnish the pasta salad.
