Minced with broccoli
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, half-to-half, egg, grated cheese (175 g), tomato cubes (400 g), solid potatoes (in coarse pieces), broccoli florets (a 300 g), olive oil, red onions (in cubes) and garlic (finely chopped).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Knead the mince with the egg, half of the grated cheese, a teaspoon of salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.

Divide the minced meat in the baking dish.

Spoon the tomato cubes over it and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.

Place the minced meat in the oven for 25 minutes.

Boil the potatoes in 15-20 minutes in a small piece of water.

Cook the broccoli florets for 5 minutes in salted water, rinse them with cold water.

Let them drain in a colander.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the wok or a large frying pan, fry the red onions until the light brown starts to color.

Now add the garlic and the broccoli.

Cook for another 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle the potatoes for serving with olive oil and (sea) salt.
