A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, leeks, butter, fish stock, dry white wine, crème fraîche, salmon fillet, fresh dill (15 g) and raw ham (in strips).

Directions

  1. Clean the leek and cut into pieces of approx.
  2. 6 cm.
  3. Fry butter in pan with a thick bottom and bake for 3-4 min.
  4. Bouillon tablet lotion in 100 ml of boiling water.
  5. Pour wine and stock with leek and cover leeks for 5 minutes.
  6. Crème fraiche by stirring leek.
  7. Cut salmon into 8 pieces and place in cooking liquid.
  8. Dill topped pan roughly into pieces.
  9. Cover the fish over low heat in 8 minutes.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Spread the hamlets over it.
