Waterzooi of salmon and leek
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, leeks, butter, fish stock, dry white wine, crème fraîche, salmon fillet, fresh dill (15 g) and raw ham (in strips).
Clean the leek and cut into pieces of approx.
Fry butter in pan with a thick bottom and bake for 3-4 min.
Bouillon tablet lotion in 100 ml of boiling water.
Pour wine and stock with leek and cover leeks for 5 minutes.
Crème fraiche by stirring leek.
Cut salmon into 8 pieces and place in cooking liquid.
Dill topped pan roughly into pieces.
Cover the fish over low heat in 8 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
