Pizza salmon and spinach


Italian savory pie with tomato sauce, mascarpone, Parmesan cheese, smoked salmon and spinach.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  2. Place the pizza bases on baking trays or grids.
  3. Brush the pizza bases with the tomato sauce. Grate the cheese.
  4. Divide the mascarpone over it and sprinkle with the cheese.
  5. Cut the salmon into pieces and spread with the spinach parts over the pizzas. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake the pizzas one above the other in the oven in about 15 minutes until golden brown and done.
