Breaded pork chop
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, flat parsley ((20 g), only the leaves), eggs (beaten), garlic (chopped), ribs, breadcrumbs (pack of 150 g), Grana Padano ((cheese), grated) , butter and olive oil.

Slice the parsley. Mix the eggs with the garlic and half of the parsley in a bowl. Add the chops and pepper and salt. Let stand on the counter for 30 minutes. Spoil a few times in between.

Mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese and sprinkle on a plate. Remove the pork chops one by one from the dish and press them into the breadcrumbs, so that they are covered on all sides.

Heat the butter and oil in a large frying pan. Fry the pork chops over medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn halfway. Serve with lemon slices and sprinkle with the rest of the parsley.
