A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, flat parsley ((20 g), only the leaves), eggs (beaten), garlic (chopped), ribs, breadcrumbs (pack of 150 g), Grana Padano ((cheese), grated) , butter and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Slice the parsley. Mix the eggs with the garlic and half of the parsley in a bowl. Add the chops and pepper and salt. Let stand on the counter for 30 minutes. Spoil a few times in between.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese and sprinkle on a plate. Remove the pork chops one by one from the dish and press them into the breadcrumbs, so that they are covered on all sides.
  3. Heat the butter and oil in a large frying pan. Fry the pork chops over medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn halfway. Serve with lemon slices and sprinkle with the rest of the parsley.
