Pick the leaves from the celery and cut the stalks into little bows. Bring plenty of water to the boil and cook the celery sticks for 3 minutes.

Drain and rinse under cold water in a colander.

Cut the apples and the smoked chicken fillet into slices and chop the walnuts into coarse pieces.

Cut the muesli buns into cubes.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the bread cubes for a crispy, crispy start.

Mix the apple, chicken, celery, walnuts and bread croutons with the salad dressing. Garnish with the celery leaves.
