Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a soup pan and fry the onion and bacon cubes.
  2. Add carrot and cabbage and fry for 3 minutes. Add the thyme and stock and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Scoop the beans through and heat without cooking. Serve the soup in warm bowls or plates and sprinkle the celeriac over it.
