Directions

  1. Heat the oven grill to 220 ° C. Melt the butter and stir in 2 tablespoons of lime juice.
  2. Sprinkle the tilapia fillets around with salt and freshly ground pepper. Put them on the baking sheet and pour the butter sauce over it. Let the fish bake in the middle of the oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the mayonnaise with the rest of the lime juice, garlic, parsley, pepper and cheddar.
  4. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and spoon the sauce over the fillets. Grate them light brown for a few minutes just below the grill.
