Mussels with bacon and Dutch vegetables
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, leeks, garlic, smoked breakfast bacon, mussels (2 kilos), sunflower oil, Dutch stir-fry mix (400 g) and potatoes (700 g).

Clean the leek and cut into rings.

Garlic peel and chop.

Cut bacon into pieces.

Wash mussels.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in large pan and bite for a few minutes.

Add the leek, garlic and stir-fry mix and fry for 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Heat residual oil in frying pan and cook in 12 minutes until tender and brown.

Mussels and 300 ml water to add pan with vegetables.

Mussels cook for 6 to 8 minutes until they are open, shake off occasionally.

Remove tight shells.

Mussels and vegetables in scale.

Serve with small potatoes.

Delicious with mayonnaise..
