Directions

  1. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry hot pan. Set aside the roasted seeds.
  2. Cut the duck breast into thick slices of 1 cm.
  3. Squeeze the garlic, grate the ginger root and add the shallot, the soy sauce, the sesame oil and freshly ground pepper.
  4. Brush the duck breast slices with this mixture and leave to withdraw.
  5. Heat the stir frying oil or liquid baking product in the pan and bake the duck breast brown on both sides in about 3 minutes.
  6. Serve the meat sprinkled with the roasted sesame seeds.
