Cod burger with sauerkraut
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, slightly crumbly potatoes ((bag 3 kg), peeled), olive oil, onions (chopped), sauerkraut (natural (500 g)), cod burgers (a 2 pieces), semi-skimmed milk and thyme ( jar of 15 g).

Halve the potatoes and cook them for 20 minutes until done. In the meantime, heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the sauerkraut and simmer for approx. 15 min.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the cod burgers in 8-10 min. Until golden brown and done. Turn halfway.

Heat the milk to the boil. Drain the potatoes and add the milk. Stamp with the puree pestle to a smooth puree. Add the thyme and pepper and salt to taste. Divide the puree and sauerkraut over 4 plates. Place the cod burgers next to it.
