Directions

  1. Wash tomato and cut 4 slices of it. Prepare couscous according to instructions. Cook garden peas / carrots for 5-6 minutes. Heat liquid margarine in frying pan and fry green burgers at moderate temperature.
  2. Remove from pan and keep warm under aluminum foil. Bake slices of tomato on both sides for 1 minute. Scoop couscous and vegetables together. Divide vegetable burgers over 4 plates. Place slice of tomato and slice cheese on top and let it melt. Serve with vegetable couscous.
