Wash tomato and cut 4 slices of it. Prepare couscous according to instructions. Cook garden peas / carrots for 5-6 minutes. Heat liquid margarine in frying pan and fry green burgers at moderate temperature.

Remove from pan and keep warm under aluminum foil. Bake slices of tomato on both sides for 1 minute. Scoop couscous and vegetables together. Divide vegetable burgers over 4 plates. Place slice of tomato and slice cheese on top and let it melt. Serve with vegetable couscous.
