Fast bean stirrer with fried egg

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the beans for 4 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Add the red and brown bean mix and cauliflower rice and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the eggs.
  4. Meanwhile, grate the green skin of the lime, halve the fruit and press 1 half out.
  5. Cut the other half into segments. Cut the coriander coarsely.
  6. Spoon the bean stir-fry with the lime zest and juice, the raw vegetables, sesame oil, pepper and salt and spread the fried eggs over it.
  7. Garnish with the coriander.
