Heat the oil in a wok and fry the beans for 4 minutes on medium heat.

Add the red and brown bean mix and cauliflower rice and cook for 2 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the eggs.

Meanwhile, grate the green skin of the lime, halve the fruit and press 1 half out.

Cut the other half into segments. Cut the coriander coarsely.

Spoon the bean stir-fry with the lime zest and juice, the raw vegetables, sesame oil, pepper and salt and spread the fried eggs over it.

Garnish with the coriander.
