Pangasius fillet with lime butter and vegetables
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, lime (scrubbed), butter, spring onions (coarsely chopped), haricots verts, garden peas (frozen, 450 g), Italian herbs (frozen), pangasius fillets (fish, a 125 g)), tagliatelle ( pasta, coolers and a 250 g).

Halve the lime.

Cut one half into slices, grate the peel from the other half and press this half out.

Mix half the butter with the lime zest, 1 tablespoon lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the bottom of the beans.

Mix the spring onions in a microwave dish with the haricot verts, peas, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 3 tablespoons water, Italian herbs and salt to taste.

Cover the dish with microwave foil and steam the vegetables in the microwave at full power in 6-8 minutes until al dente.

Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat the rest of the butter in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the fish in 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked, turning halfway.

Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging.

Drain the tagliatelle and spread the pasta over deep plates.

Spoon the vegetables and place the fish fillet.

Spoon some lime butter and lime slices on the fish..
