Cheese schnitzel with paksoistamppotje
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: large potatoes ((3 kg bag), peeled), olive oil, onion (chopped), mushrooms ((250 g), in quarters), bok choy (leaf and steal chopped), cheese schnitzels (a 150 g ) and milk.

Cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stirring stir fry the onion, the mushrooms and the pakistorelle 5 min. Add the pakisoiblad and stir fry for another 3 min. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and prepare the cheese schnitzels according to the instructions on the package.

Pour the milk with the potatoes, bring to the boil and mash the potatoes with the puree mash to puree, add pepper and salt to taste. Scoop the package mixture. Serve with the cheese schnitzels.
