Halve the avocados, remove the kernel and cut the flesh into pieces. Clean the tomatoes and cut into cubes.

Spoon the avocado, the lemon juice and half of the tomato cubes together. Season with pepper and salt. Squeeze out the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Bake the nuggets in 3 min. Golden brown. Heat the raps in the microwave according to the instructions on the package. Cover the raps with lettuce, nuggets, tomatoes and avocado salsa.

Fold the raps on one side and roll up. Serve the rest of the lettuce with the rest of the tomato and avocado salsa next to it.
