Directions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente according to the instructions on the package. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and cut the onion. Cut the coals into thin strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the chicken 3 min. Add the onion and cook for 2 min. Add the Bumbu spice and cook for 1 min.
  3. Add the milk while stirring and then the Chinese cabbage. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. Divide the noodles over bowls or plates, scoop the chicken with coals and sprinkle with the onions.
