Tilapia with anchovy butter
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tilapia fillet ((frozen, fish, bag a 750 g), thawed), flour, butter, anchovy fillets (from can), garlic (in slices), capers (drained), parsley (frozen) , lemon juice, mashed potatoes (split cubes, frozen, bag a 750 g), steam vegetables greengreen mix (frozen) and olives without pip (slices).

Dust the fish with pepper and swirl through flour.

Heat butter in frying pan and cook in 6-8 min., Halfway through.

Remove fish from the pan and keep warm.

Bake anchovies on low heat in shortening, until fish begins to fall apart.

Stir in garlic and shortly.

Add capers and parsley, season to taste with lemon juice and pepper.

Meanwhile, cook in a pan of mashed potatoes and microwave in a mix of vegetables according to the instructions for use.

Prepare olives with warm mashed potatoes.

Create mashed potatoes on four plates and place fish against mashed potatoes.

Anchovy butter on fish and puree pour.
