Stir-fried beef strips with pointed cabbage
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lime (cleaned), beef strips, brown rice (pandan rice), broccoli (in small florets), wok oil, fresh ginger (grated), pointed cabbage (in coarse strips) and soy sauce.

Grate the peel thinly from the lime and squeeze out the fruit.

Spoon the beef strips in a bowl with 2 tbsp lime juice and some salt.

Leave them for 5 minutes.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Boil the broccoli in plenty of water with salt in 3-4 minutes until al dente.

Rinse the florets in a colander under cold water and let them drain well.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the beef strips with the ginger for 5-6 minutes.

Put them on a plate.

Stir-fry the cabbage and the broccoli 2-3 minutes in the same wokkentot the pointed cabbage begins to shrink.

Spoon the meat with the lime zest and the soy sauce and the remaining lime juice through the vegetables and heat the dish for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve in wide bowls with the rice..
