Chop the onion.

Heat the oil in a large frying or frying pan, and fry the onion until it is over medium heat.

Add the minced meat and fry it on a high heat, shoving brown and crispy.

Add the tomato and the cocoa powder, let warm on low heat.

Heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the package. Season the minced meat mixture with salt and pepper.

Cut the lettuce into strips. Put the minced meat, some lettuce and corn on the tortillas and roll them up. Spoon some sour cream on the tortilla.
