Stew with curry drumsticks
Stew with leeks and raisins and chicken drumsticks with curry powder.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Place the chicken drumsticks on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and scoop with the oil and curry powder.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and bake until golden brown and cooked in the middle of the oven for about 45 minutes. Times regularly.

Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut into equal pieces and boil in water with salt in 20 min. Until done.

Meanwhile, tear the winter carrot and cut into 2 cm slanted pieces. Wash the leek and cut into rings.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and cook the winter carrot for 6 minutes on medium heat.

Add the leeks and raisins and cook for another 4 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.

Heat the milk in a saucepan. Drain the potatoes. Mash the potatoes with the milk and butter.

Stir in the winter carrots, leeks and raisins. Serve the stew with the drumsticks.
