Macaroni salad with egg, tomato, salmon, spring onion, pearl onions and pickles.

Directions

  1. Cook the macaroni al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Let them scare under cold running water. Peel them and cut into pieces.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into 8 parts and remove the seeds.
  4. Remove the bones and skin from the salmon and stir the fish meat with a fork. Put the salmon in a bowl.
  5. Stir in mayonnaise, yogurt and curry powder. Cut the pickle into slices and the spring onion in rings. Add the pickles, spring onions and silver onions.
  6. Drain the macaroni and pour through it. Season with pepper and Maggi. Divide the eggs and tomatoes.
