Tilapia fillet in Thai Sauce


A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Thai green curry paste, coconut milk (400 ml), spring onions (in pieces), fresh coriander ((15 g), finely chopped), tilapia fillet (in 12 pieces), cocktail shrimp (125 g) and oil .

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently curry the curry paste until it starts to smell.
  2. Add the coconut milk, bring the whole to the boil while stirring and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes and thicken.
  3. Stir in the spring onions and half of the coriander.
  4. Sprinkle the pieces of fish with salt and place them in the coconut sauce with the shrimps.
  5. Smother the fish, with the lid on the pan, in low heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Turn the pieces carefully after 2 minutes with a spatula.
  7. Sprinkle the rest of the coriander just before serving.
  8. Delicious with pandan rice and cucumber-carrot salad..
