Chow mein with snow peas and chicken
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, red peppers, chicken breast (about 400 g), snow peas, Chinese chow mein (a 187 g), sunflower oil, spring onions and seroendeng (a 100 g).

Clean peppers.

Cut the pepper and chicken fillet into strips.

Clean the pods and cook for about 2 minutes.

Fry 2 liters of water in a pan, remove from heat and noodles and shiitake (out of boxes) for 5 minutes.

Pour noodles and shiitake.

Heat in oil or frying pan oil.

Chicken brown in about 7 minutes.

Clean the forest onion and cut into rings.

Add pepper, snow peas, spring onions and herb mix (from boxes) to chicken and fry approx.

2 minutes.
-
Add noodles and shiitake and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

Serve with seroendeng..
