Chickpea dish with minced meat
Casserole with fennel, minced beef, chickpeas, celery and sweet potato mash.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Meanwhile cut the stems and a piece of the underside of the fennel bulb.

Halve the fennel lengthways, remove the hard core and cut into thin strips.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mince over 5 minutes at medium heat. Add the fennel and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the chickpea dish and heat for another 2 minutes. Season with pepper and salt and spread over the oven dish.

Cut the celery finely and stir through the sweet potato mash.

Spread the puree over the chickpea-minced mixture and bake the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes.
