Asian noodle salad


Salad of noodles, broccoli, salad onion, edamame beans, soy sauce, chili sauce, sesame oil, salmon pieces and sesame seeds.

Directions

  1. Cook the soba noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain in a colander and rinse cold under running water.
  2. In the meantime, cut the broccoli into florets and cook in 5 minutes until al dente. Cut the salad onion into thin rings.
  3. Put the beans in a colander and rinse under cold running water.
  4. Mix the soy sauce, chilli sauce and sesame oil into a dressing. Mix the noodles with the broccoli, salad onion, beans and dressing.
  5. Divide the plates and put in the hot smoked salmon pieces. Sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds over it.
