Cook the soba noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain in a colander and rinse cold under running water.

In the meantime, cut the broccoli into florets and cook in 5 minutes until al dente. Cut the salad onion into thin rings.

Put the beans in a colander and rinse under cold running water.

Mix the soy sauce, chilli sauce and sesame oil into a dressing. Mix the noodles with the broccoli, salad onion, beans and dressing.

Divide the plates and put in the hot smoked salmon pieces. Sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds over it.
