Minced goulash with rice and beans

Cook the rice. Heat the oil and fry the onions for 5 minutes at a low setting. Add the minced meat and paprika powder and fry.

Add the pepper and tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Sprinkle with the flour and fry briefly. Pour in the stock and let the goulash topped gently for about 5 minutes.

Cook the green beans al dente. Drain and sprinkle with the red pepper if necessary.

Bring the goulash to taste with (chili) pepper and serve with the rice and green beans.
