Directions

  1. Bring plenty of water to the boil in a pan. Fry the onion in butter for about 4 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic and tarragon and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the wine and reduce to 2 minutes on high setting.
  4. Pour in the cream and bring to the boil.
  5. Add the seafood and the bouillon tablet and let the sauce simmer for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle al dente.
  6. Season the sauce with pepper and pour in the tagliatelle. Sprinkle with the herbs and serve immediately.
