Tagliatelle with seafood and white wine sauce

Bring plenty of water to the boil in a pan. Fry the onion in butter for about 4 minutes.

Add the garlic and tarragon and fry for 1 minute.

Pour in the wine and reduce to 2 minutes on high setting.

Pour in the cream and bring to the boil.

Add the seafood and the bouillon tablet and let the sauce simmer for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle al dente.

Season the sauce with pepper and pour in the tagliatelle. Sprinkle with the herbs and serve immediately.
