Grilled tilapia with miechotel
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tilapia fillet (fish, a ca. 250 g), teriyaki marinade (bottle a 250 ml), leeks, red pepper, Chinese noodles, sunflower oil, carrot julienne (150 g) and sweet soy sauce.

Tilapia fillets halve in length, sprinkle with marinade and leave to rest for approx.

10 minutes.

Clean the leek and cut it into narrow strips in length.

Cut pepper into strips.

Prepare according to instructions.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in woks.

Leek, pepper and carrot stir-fry for about 4 minutes.

Rub Tilapia with the rest of oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fry in a frying pan or frying pan tilapia in approx.

4 minutes.

Halfway through.

In wok mix mix with vegetables.

Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Divide Mie and tilapia into four plates..
