Fusilli with vegetarian bacon strips, chestnut mushrooms, leek, sage and pasta sauce.

Directions
- 
                                Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- 
                                Remove the leaves from the sprigs of sage and cut the leaves into thin strips.
- 
                                Cut the mushrooms into quarters.
- 
                                In the meantime, heat the oil in a skillet and fry the mushrooms, bacon strips and 2/3 of the sage for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- 
                                Add the leeks for the last 2 minutes.
- 
                                Drain the pasta and stir in the sauce.
- 
                                Heat for 3 minutes while stirring on low heat. Season with (freshly ground) pepper.
- 
                                Divide the mushroom pre-mix over the pasta and sprinkle with the rest of the sage. Serve immediately.
