Tomato-chickpea soup with balls
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, soup vegetables (400 g), chickpeas (400 ml), tomato cubes (with basil and oregano (a 390 g)), beef broth tablets, fresh beef soup balls (about 225 g), spring onions and red pepper.

Heat oil in large pan.Smoke vegetables 1 min.

Chick peas drain.

Add tomato cubes with liquid, bouillon tablets, 1/2 liter water and chickpeas to soup vegetables and bring to the boil.

Add soup balls and cook together for 10 minutes.

Clean the spring onion and pepper and cut into fine rings.

Distribute soup over soup bowls and garnish with spring onions and pepper..
