Penne with zucchini, portobello and cheese from monique
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, penne (pasta), olive oil, zucchini (in slanting slices), portobello mushrooms (in slices), bacon cubes (lean), Parmesan cheese and pesto (fresh).

Cook the penne according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in the grill pan and grill the zucchini and portobello for 6-8 minutes, turning them halfway.

Fry the bacon in a dry frying pan with non-stick coating in 5 minutes until crispy.

Scrape off the cheese with a cheese slicer or peeler.

Drain the penne and scoop with the bacon and pesto.

Serve the pasta with the grilled vegetables and curls of cheese, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and possibly a leaf of basil..
