Directions

  1. Cook the penne according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in the grill pan and grill the zucchini and portobello for 6-8 minutes, turning them halfway.
  3. Fry the bacon in a dry frying pan with non-stick coating in 5 minutes until crispy.
