Different-than otherwise paella with grilled peppers
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onions, garlic, whole roasted peppers (465 g), saffron (0.05 g), olive oil, peas (fine (frozen, 450 g)), seafood (frozen, 500 g), yellow rice (325 g) and fish broth (from 2 tablets).

Peel and chop onions and garlic.

Cut peppers into strips, mix pot with saffron.

Heat the oil in wok or skillet and bake for 2 min.

Add garlic and fry for 1 min.

Add peas and seafood and heat for 2 minutes.

Add rice and fry for 3 minutes.

Add paprikafocht with saffron and 3/4 l broth, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Possibly if rice is already dry but not yet tender enough to add some extra broth.

Paella on 4 deep plates..
