Noodle soup with steak and bok choy


Soup with noodles, steak, mushrooms, wok sauce and bok choy

Directions

  1. Sprinkle the steak generously with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the steak in 8 minutes until golden brown. Turn halfway.
  2. Remove from the pan and leave to rest on a plate under aluminum foil.
  3. Fry the mushroom stir-fry mix in the remaining cooking fat in 5 minutes on a high heat until golden brown. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. In the meantime, bring the stock to the boil and add the noodles. Let it boil gently for 5 minutes. Season with the wok sauce sweet and sour and the vinegar.
  5. Cut the bok choy finely and spread with the fried mushrooms over 4 large bowls. Cut the steak into thin strips.
  6. Divide the noodles, stock and steak strips over the vegetables.
