Sprinkle the steak generously with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the steak in 8 minutes until golden brown. Turn halfway.

Remove from the pan and leave to rest on a plate under aluminum foil.

Fry the mushroom stir-fry mix in the remaining cooking fat in 5 minutes on a high heat until golden brown. Season with pepper and salt.

In the meantime, bring the stock to the boil and add the noodles. Let it boil gently for 5 minutes. Season with the wok sauce sweet and sour and the vinegar.

Cut the bok choy finely and spread with the fried mushrooms over 4 large bowls. Cut the steak into thin strips.

Divide the noodles, stock and steak strips over the vegetables.
