Danish balls with onion and dill
A delicious scandinavian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, minced meat (half-to-half), onions (chopped), dill ((15 g), finely chopped), breadcrumbs, butter, mashed potatoes (750 g, frozen), grated beetroot (400 g) ) and winter carrot (grated).

Mix the mince with the onion, dill, half of the breadcrumbs and pepper and salt. Shape 8 balls. Press them a little flat and roll them through the rest of the breadcrumbs.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the balls in 10 min. Around brown and done.

Heat the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package. Mix in the beetroot and winter carrot. Serve the balls with the puree.
