Noodle rolls with salmon burger and sauce
Roll of noodles and eggs, with salmon and raw vegetables.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon burgers for 10 minutes on medium heat. Turn halfway.

Beat the eggs. Cut the noodles coarsely and mix with the eggs and teriyaki sesame sauce. Divide into 8 hills.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the noodle rolls for 5 min. On medium heat. Turn halfway, if necessary, press with a spatula.

Meanwhile, mix the raw vegetables cucumber, carrot julienne and Chinese cabbage with the teriyaki sesame sauce.

Cover 4 noodle rolls with a salmon burger, some salad and another noodle roll. Serve with the rest of the salad.
