Ingredients
- 4 chicken carbonade
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 Red onion in parts
- 2 clove garlic in slices
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Teaspoon cumin powder (djinten)
- Cinnamon stick
- Teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 300 milliliters chicken bouillon
- 200 gram dried apricots
- 2 tablespoon fresh coriander minced meat
- 100 gram pistachios
- 100 gram cashew nut

Directions

Fry the chicken around brown in the oil. Fry the onion and garlic.

Add the turmeric, the cumin, the cinnamon, the stock and salt and pepper and simmer for 30 minutes.

Well in the meantime the apricots in lukewarm water. Add them to the chicken oven and heat for another 10 minutes.

Remove the cinnamon stick. Before serving serve the coriander and the nuts through it. Tasty with couscous or rice and broccoli.
