Risotto with fried redfish
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Risotto alla Milanese (saffron risotto, a 165 g), tomatoes (in thick slices), garlic (finely chopped), black olives without pit (finely chopped), olive oil, redfish fillet and butter.

Preheat the grill.

Prepare the risotto according to the instructions.

Place tomatoes in a baking dish, distribute garlic and olives over it.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Drip half of oil over it.

Place 10 cm of grill under grill and roast tomatoes for about 10 minutes.
