Indian chicken in curry sauce
Indian chicken with onion, green beans, cauliflower, potato, tomato and coriander.

Cut the chicken into cubes. Peel and chop the onion. Clean the green beans, wash them and halve them. Clean the cauliflower, divide it into florets. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.

Cook the green beans, cauliflower and potatoes in a covered pan for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the chicken around brown. Add the onion and fruit for about 2 minutes.

Pour the sauce from the pot with the chicken. Shake the pot with the water and lid and add the contents to the chicken. Wash the tomato and cut into small cubes. Cut the coriander nicely.

Pour the potatoes and vegetables, add to the chicken in the pan and warm for about 3 minutes. In the meantime, heat the papadums according to the instructions on the package. Transfer the dish to a bowl and sprinkle with tomato and coriander.

Delicious with basmati rice, pappadums and mango chutney.
