Bring two large pans of water to the boil.

Meanwhile, clean the potatoes, cut them uncut in length and cook them in one of the two pans 10 min. Drain and let drain well.

In the meantime, remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans. When the water boils, add the green beans to the other pan and cook for 8 minutes.

Drain and rinse under cold running water. Mix with the lamb's lettuce, vinegar, oil, pepper and salt.

Meanwhile, clean the shallots and cut into segments in length.

Heat the herb butter in the large frying pan and fry the potato parts for 13 min. On medium heat. Add the shallots after 6 minutes. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, mix the oil with the Mediterranean herbs, pepper and salt if necessary and brush the cod with it.

Heat the frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the fish in 5 min. Over medium heat. Turn carefully halfway.

Divide the cod with the beans and potato slices over the plates and serve.
