Curry with green cabbage and shrimp


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice (bag 1 kg), green cabbage (about 600 g), (sunflower) oil, onion (in half rings), curry powder, garlic (pressed), tiger prawns ((bag 500 g, frozen), thawed) and coconut milk (200 ml).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the coals into quarters, remove the thick white vein and cut the leaves into thin strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the onion 3 min. Add the curry powder and stir-fry 1 min. Add the garlic and shrimp and stir-fry the shrimp according to the instructions on the package. Add the coals and the coconut milk. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve the curry with the rice.
