Lamb skewers
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, whole yogurt, fresh ginger root (grated), ground coriander (ketoembar), chili pepper (crumbled), turmeric, lemon juice, oil, lamb rags (in cubes of 4 cm) and onion (finely chopped).

In bowl stir half of yogurt with ginger, spices, lemon juice, 2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt until marinade. Cut in pieces of lamb and leave to marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours. Before use, allow meat to reach room temperature. Fry in frying pan for 5 minutes in 1 tbsp oil. Stir in the remainder of the yogurt. Create lamb with marinade. Put the pan back on fire and meat on medium heat with lid slant on pan in 30-40 minutes. Last 10 min. Without lid let moisture evaporate, so that meat is covered with thick sauce.

Grill the grill pan or barbecue. Put meat on skewers. Grill thinly with grill oil or barbecue grill. Skewers in 6-8 min. Brown roasting. Tasty with saffron rice with vegetables.
